Shipping & Handling

Please note our delivery partners are experiencing unprecedented demand for their services. As a result there may be delivery delays during this period.

All products are dispatched or able to be collected from our Berry store. You will receive item tracking details via email through our online shop or via text or email.

If you have chosen the ‘Pickup’ option instead of shipping we will email you to let you know when your order is ready to be collected. Standard handling times apply.

Most of our products have a 3-5 business day handling time to dispatch or pickup, but PLEASE NOTE that not all items are kept in stock at Berry. If you require immediate dispatch or pick up please call us on 02 44643662 or 0407413584 and we can advise you on estimated dispatch or pickup times.

We generally use Australia Post and Aramex (Fastway) for shipping. Standard shipping timeframes as stated for these apply – see below.

  • Aramex  – Choose ‘Wollongong’ as our location and choose your nearest location from the drop down menu.

We can send items to PO Boxes (Australia Post) but if your item needs to go via courier we may contact you for a physical address if you have not provided one.

Delivery times to country areas of all States in Australia may take longer than the stated shipping time. As well, with the impact of Covid-19 the world freight can be quite unpredictable right now so we’ll let you know if anything changes along the way.

Flat rate shipping $12 under $150

Our standard $12 shipping rate is applied to all orders below $150. Standard shipping excludes Lighting, Rugs and some hardware such as pressed metal. You will be quoted a custom shipping price (based on weight, dimensions and your location) for these items (see below).

FREE shipping over $150*

Our FREE Shipping for orders over $150 excludes Lighting, Rugs and some hardware such as pressed metal*. You will be quoted a custom shipping price (based on weight and dimensions and your location) for these items (see below).

Bulky/Heavy Items

Some of the items we sell are classed as Bulky or Heavy Items. These items generally include Lighting, Rugs and some hardware such as pressed metal. If you have added one of these items to your shopping cart, you will be given the option of choosing ‘In Store Pickup’ or ‘Bulky/Heavy Item’ for the Shipping at Checkout. 

Choosing ‘Bulky/Heavy Item’ means no shipping will be charged at checkout and you will be quoted a custom shipping price (based on weight and dimensions and your location) for these items. We will search our couriers and get in contact with the best shipping rate for your location after you complete your order.  A refund can easily be arranged should you do not wish to proceed with the order.
