Does This Old House Studio have a showroom?
Yes we have a beautiful studio and showroom located in the picturesque seaside town of Kiama on the south coast of NSW. We have displays of all of our products listed on this website for you to touch and feel. We are open 6 days, 9.30-5 Monday to Friday and 9-2 on Saturdays.
I want to replace all the door hardware in my house. Do you offer a discount?
Yes we certainly do offer house-lot discounts. Please contact us by phone or email to discuss your project and we will be able to provide you a with a competitive quote based on your specific needs.
Is a Door Scheduling Service available?
Yes we have a team of experienced architectural hardware specialists who will assist you every step of the way and will develop a door schedule unique to your project based on your desired style, finishes and door requirements.
Whether you are a builder, interior designer, architect or tradesperson, or even a home renovator or owner builder or DIY’er you are welcome to use our expertise in developing a door schedule for your project.

Do you offer a trade discount?
Yes we offer trade discounts to builders, architects, interior designer and cabinet makers who have established a business relationship with us. Please get in contact with us via the ‘For Trades’ tab or by clicking HERE to register your details and we will get in touch to determine how we can work with you.
Do you ship overseas?
Currently no, we only ship to addresses within Australia.

That is exactly what we are here for! There is a lot to get your head around when being tasked with the job of buying door or architectural hardware for your project and it can be very daunting when faced with lots of terminology that you might not be familiar with.

I can't find what I'm after on your website. Does that mean you don't have it?
Not every product, brand or style of architectural hardware that we can supply is listed on our website. If you are after something particular and you can’t find it please get in touch and we will give you all of the information on options, finishes and pricing over the phone or via email.
Why can't I see prices on the Bankston Architectural product range?
Bankston Architectural door furniture are not available to purchase online. We have a fabulous tool for you to use to get a quote on Bankston Architectural products – simply build your quote by adding the products you are interested in to the quote and click ‘Get a Quote’. We will be in touch with a personalised quote for you.
To get a real feel for the quality of the Bankston Architectural products, and see the finishes in real life, we highly recommend visiting our showroom in Kiama.
Why isn't my cart showing a shipping cost on my order?
Some of the items we sell are classed as Bulky or Heavy Items. These items generally include Lighting, Rugs and some hardware such as pressed metal. If you have added one of these items to your shopping cart, you will be quoted a custom shipping price (based on weight and dimensions and your location) for these items. We will search our couriers and get in contact with the best shipping rate for your location after you complete your order. A refund can easily be arranged should you do not wish to proceed with the order.
