Refund and Returns Policy
To be eligible for a return, refund or exchange, you must notify us within 30 days of the date of your purchase.
A restocking fee of minimum 20% of the recommended retail price RRP of the order (less shipping) will be incurred for all change-of-mind/incorrect purchases. Some items have a higher restocking fee – this will be stated on the product listing. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returned items must be unopened and unused in original packaging with proof of purchase provided.
Upon approval, items must be returned within 30 days (from date of purchase) with any postage costs at your expense.
To complete your return, please email sales@thisoldhousestudio.com.au quoting your order number and email address. Please do not send your purchase back without notifying us first.

Special Order Items
Some items are MADE TO ORDER, SPECIAL ORDER and NON RETURNABLE.
