Workshop Cancellation Policy
To secure your place in any workshop we require a deposit or full payment as specified in the workshop listing at the time of booking.
Any balance is to be fully paid on the day of the workshop.
Payment can be made online (via secure online payment provider Square), in store, via credit card over the phone or by direct bank deposit.
Workshop deposits are non-refundable and not exchangeable for store credit.
Cancellations made more than two weeks (14 days) from the workshop date will forfeit the deposit paid OR 50% of the advertised fee if the booking has been prepaid in full – OR you can find a replacement participant – OR we can RESCHEDULE your booking to an alternative date with at least 14 days notice.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the workshop date will forfeit the full fee paid – OR you can find a replacement participant. If you wish to attend on an alternative date then you will need to re-book and pay a new deposit for that date.
This Old House Studio reserves the right to cancel a workshop if the minimum booking is not achieved. Full refunds will be given or a replacement workshop offered to the same value of the workshop being cancelled. You will be notified at least 2 days before the scheduled date of the workshop if cancellation is deemed necessary.
