When vacuuming, always use the standard head with gentle suction?avoid heavy-duty vacuum cleaners. Do not use a rotating bristle head vacuum cleaner when vacuuming the rug as this can damage the structural integrity of the rug. As hooked rugs settle, a stray loop of yarn may pop up. This is perfectly normal. Do not pull the loop, simply trim it with scissors. Use a high-quality rug pad to help protect the rug. Rotate your rug every few months to ensure even wear. |
